Meet Steph Catling,

the passionate driving force behind Chef Steph - Let's Eat.

With a lifelong passion of food that started in her teenage years working in a retirement village, Steph's culinary journey has taken her from training with a Michelin star chef to launching a renowned restaurant that has now become a destination on the northern beaches.


Inspired by the impact of her cooking on others, Steph delved into the healing power of food after her mother's battle with Breast Cancer.

This led her to create the Ultimate Life Recharge retreat in Byron, centered around fasting and the Alkaline food combining system she developed with Doctors, Nutritionists and Herbalists.


Today, Steph's retreats are in high demand, booked out 12 months in advance.


A major challenge occurred as Steph' second daughter was about to be born, her husband's was diagnosed with a brain tumour.


Again, Steph saw first hand the importance of food and how it was not being used effectively to heal or increase energy and life force.


She also saw so many busy families, executives and business owners that are exhausted and burnt out, struggling to find the time to cook and combine food in a way that heals and ignites energy.

HOW MUCH IS THE SUBSCRIPTION?

The weekly subscription is $150 (plus GST).

HOW MANY MEALS WILL I GET?

You will get 5 days’ worth of meals from Monday dinner to Friday lunch. Breakfast is not included as we recommend our customers to practice intermittent fasting.

CAN I DO IT FOR JUST ONE WEEK?

Yes, you may opt to pause your subscription. Please let us know no later than Wednesday of the week before the pause so we can cancel your subscription.

WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO STOP MY SUBSCRIPTION?

If you decide to stop your subscription, please contact our team through [email protected] before Monday (the next billing date) so we can pause your weekly recurring payment.
